Getting Over Smoking is a self-help application designed to support people who want to quit smoking. The app provides progress tracking, craving management tools, identity-based behavior change exercises, health milestone information, and educational content. Getting Over Smoking is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use Getting Over Smoking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree to use Getting Over Smoking only for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app. • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. • Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure. • Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes. • Share or redistribute app content without permission.

Getting Over Smoking is a subscription service. New accounts include a free trial period; after it ends, continued access requires an active subscription. Current pricing and billing intervals are shown in the app before you purchase, and you will never be charged without your explicit consent.

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance.

Getting Over Smoking is a self-help tool and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Health milestones and recovery timelines are based on published medical research and represent general averages — individual results may vary. If you experience severe withdrawal symptoms, mental health concerns, or any medical issues, please consult a healthcare professional immediately. Always seek the advice of your doctor with any questions regarding a medical condition.

All content, design, code, and branding in Getting Over Smoking are the intellectual property of the Getting Over Smoking team and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without prior written consent.

Getting Over Smoking is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the app or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of Getting Over Smoking after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
